Complete the Confirmation Form within 7 days
✅ Your place is confirmed once the form is submitted
⚠️ If the form isn’t returned, your spot may be offered to another volunteer
🔒 Spots are limited and will close when full
📌 EOIs are reviewed as they are received. You will be contacted to confirm if you have a place or are on the Backup List.
👥 On the Day
• Short, friendly briefing before young people arrive
• Meet the team and go through the plan together
• Ongoing support from AKKF staff throughout the session
🧩 What We Will Do
• Ninja parkour obstacle courses
• Jumping and tumbling activities
• Rolling and agility challenges
• Swinging stations and movement-based games
• Wellbeing and reflection conversations
Activities may vary depending on group needs and venue flow.
This helps young people build confidence, coordination, resilience, and positive connection.
🤝 Your Role
• Welcome and support young people
• Help them feel safe, included, and comfortable
• Encourage participation and celebrate effort
• Support safe movement around the venue
• Assist with breaks and snacks
• Support Chat Groups and reflection discussions
• Help create a fun and inclusive environment
• Always supervise with another adult
🛡️ Safety
• Your WWCC must be valid and verified
• All onboarding must be complete before attending
You may notice:
• Fast-paced movement and active play zones
• Climbing structures and padded equipment
• Noise and bright indoor spaces
• Young people needing encouragement or reassurance
AKKF provides:
• Supportive staff at all times
• First Aid-trained team members
• Two-adult supervision
• Pre-event volunteer briefing
🔒 Full program details are shared with confirmed volunteers only in line with safeguarding practices.
