Complete the Confirmation Form within 7 days
✅ Your place is confirmed once the form is submitted

📌 EOIs are reviewed as they are received. You will be contacted to confirm if you have a place or are on the Backup List.
👥 On the Day
• Short, friendly briefing before departure
• Ferry transfer to and from Rottnest Island
• Guided group exploration throughout the day
• Ongoing support from AKKF staff
🧩 What We Will Do
• Ferry travel to Rottnest Island
• Guided exploration of natural environments
• Wildlife spotting (including quokkas!)
• Group connection activities
• Mental Health Education and reflection
This helps young people build curiosity, resilience, confidence, and positive connection.
🤝 Your Role
• Welcome and support young people
• Help them feel safe, included, and comfortable
• Encourage participation and engagement
• Support safe group movement around the island
• Assist with meals and breaks
• Facilitate small group conversations and reflection
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment
• Always supervise with another adult
🛡️ Safety
• Your WWCC must be valid and verified
• All onboarding must be complete before attending
You may notice:
• Ferry travel and water environments
• Outdoor walking and uneven terrain
• Sun exposure and coastal weather conditions
• Young people with varying confidence levels
AKKF provides:
• Supportive staff at all times
• First Aid-trained team members
• Two-adult supervision
• Pre-event volunteer briefing
• Licensed marine transport operators

• Enclosed walking shoes
• Comfortable outdoor clothing
• Hat and sunscreen
• Water bottle
• Light jacket (for ferry travel and changing weather)
Food may be provided (please let us know any dietary needs)
