Other Ways to Volunteer - Jefferson Memorial Forest

Jefferson Memorial Forest is home to the Natural Areas Division of Louisville Parks and Recreation. They are responsible for managing over 7,000 acres and nearly 60 miles of hiking and equestrian trails spread over six parks! Volunteers play an important role in building and maintaining trails, leading nature play and hikes, and welcoming guests at the Visitor Center.
