Working within an Administration team relates to a wide range of assignments with the provision of staff support to the internal operations and projects of the hospital.
Tasks may include answering telephone inquiries, photocopying, filing, preparing mailing, data entry and other Administrative tasks.
Volunteers form the 'front line' of information and services in our hospital by staffing many community focused roles such as Ambassador, Gift Shop Associate or various Wellness Institute volunteer programs.
Our volunteer team is the 'face of health' in our organization. If you are confident and up for a challenge - we would love to hear from you!
Volunteers provide direct support to patients in many different capacities including but not limited to: Friendly Visiting, Recreation Programs, Urgent Care Assistants, etc.
To be considered for this role you must have an empathetic and caring nature.
Seven Oaks General Hospital participates in several fundraising projects each year. We are always looking for volunteers with a variety of skills and abilities to assist in the implementation of these events.
We also run regular raffles and lotteries which volunteers can assist with selling tickets.
