Cooper Gristmill

At this 213.4-acre historic farm and mansion, volunteers can help guests experience 1920s farm life in Morristown. Help with living history education, tours, crafts, and gardening.

Also known as the "Birthplace of the Telegraph," this historic Ironworks tells the story of modern communication. Volunteers can help teach science, machinery, and crafts.

Built in 1826, the water-powered Cooper Gristmill is one of the last in NJ. Guests can see its 2,000-pound mill stones grind grain, learn local industrial history, and take home a fresh bag of flour.
