Storyteller Volunteer

Help others feel seen, understood and less alone by sharing your facial palsy journey.

About this opportunity

Every facial palsy journey is different. By sharing your experiences, you can help raise awareness, challenge misconceptions and provide encouragement to others who may be facing similar challenges.

At Facial Palsy UK, we believe lived experience has the power to inform, inspire and create change. Whether you have facial palsy yourself, support a loved one, or care for someone affected by the condition, your story could help others feel understood and supported.

This opportunity contributes directly to Facial Palsy UK's Inform objective by raising awareness and improving understanding of facial palsy. It also supports our Support objective by helping others feel connected to a community that understands their experiences.

Community Voice Volunteers may also work alongside Storyteller Volunteers, helping identify opportunities to share lived experiences and raise awareness.
