Volunteers are the heart and soul of the Australian Masters Games (AMG), playing a pivotal role in the success of this premier sporting event. The 20th edition of the AMG is scheduled to take place in Canberra from 18 – 25 October 2025, and volunteer applications have now closed.
We are looking forward to working with our volunteers to run a successful event.
Help support the volunteer Workforce that supports the Games. You will ensure volunteers are supported, set up and ready to go for their shifts and assist with various tasks behind the scenes.
This role will be based at the Games Logistics Centre but may be required to travel around Canberra and the ACT to the various Games venues. With both driving and non-driving roles the Operations Team Member will deliver the operations and logistics services to the Games.
Are you a people person? The Participant Services Team Member is the role for you. Greet participants at key venues (Sporting and Games venues), provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all event guests.
Work in the Registration and Accreditation Team to ensure the smooth operations and delivery of accreditation collection services for competitors, supporters and non-playing officials.
Keen to support the delivery of the sports program? The Sport Liaison Team will be tasked with assisting the management of specific sports and making sure the participants have a high-quality experience at their sport.
