Tasma Shop and Gallery - Exhibition Launch
This volunteer role supports the Launch of the latest NTAV Exhibition by contributing to welcome atmosphere and supporting staff at the special Members only event.
Location: Tasma Terrace 2- 8 Parliament Place East Melbourne
Reports to: Retail Manager and Costume Collection Manager

Volunteer Tasks and Responsibilties can include ( to be shared) :
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in at the front door.
- Direct guests to key areas (exhibition space, retail area, refreshments).
- Serve refreshments during the event.
- Monitor guest flow and provide general assistance as needed.
- Engage guests in conversation about the National Trust’s mission and current programs.
- Assist with informal crowd management in exhibition areas.
- Help with setup and pack-down before and after the event.
Qualifications Required
- NTV - Working With Children Check Must be Current
