The FOLD Foundation

Welcome to the FOLD Foundation's Volunteer Community!

The FOLD Foundation is home to Canada's first festival for diverse authors and storytellers -- The Festival of Literary Diversity (FOLD). The FOLD launched in 2016 in Brampton, Ontario -- one of Canada's most culturally diverse cities.

Since the FOLD's inception, the organization has grown to include an online writing webinar series and a year-round reading series, as well as an annual festival for young readers and writers in the fall -- FOLD Kids Book Fest.

The FOLD is looking for volunteers of all ages and experiences who love books and stories and who value a range of voices that inspire creativity and empathy.

If you are interested in volunteering at the Festival of Literary Diversity or FOLD Kids Book Fest, please fill out an application in the menu bar on the right.
