Trainings - Food Service Safety & Sanitation E-Learning Training
This Food Safety and Sanitation E- Learning Module will cover the basics of food safety and sanitation. This training was designed by the Catering at the Zoo Team. It is required for any volunteers who wish to sign up for any shifts where they will be serving, setting up or working directly with food service staff and activities.
Volunteers should carefully review all the slides and information. They will then be asked to complete a short quiz at the end of the presentation. This E-Learning Module is not expected to take more than 15 minutes to complete. This training will be required for any food service related volunteer shifts. Food service volunteers must be at least 16 years old.
