LGBTQ+ Family Day of Visibility - LGBTQ+ Family Day of Visibility: Setup

Help get LGBTQ+ Family Day off to a good start as a Set Up Volunteer! Volunteers will: 

  • Assist with setting up, Tents, Tables (w/linens) and Chairs for Event Staff and Vendors
  • Assist Vendors with their set up, getting their materials into Zoo and directing them to their tables. 
  • Assist with Game Set Up
  • Putting out All Signage. 

This volunteer role requires moderate to heavy physical activity: lifting, carrying and walking.  It is not a public facing position.  Set Up volunteers can remain and take on additional volunteer roles during the event.   Set up volunteers should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe nonslip footwear.
