Guest Services - School Group Assistance
Please assist the RGZoo staff with school groups arrivals & entry into the zoo, getting them up the ramp in a timely and organized manner.
This is a public facing position, please wear your red volunteer shirt (a red shirt) and nametag. Must be comfortable with crowds, like working with children, and be able to remain calm in a fast paced and loud environment.
Please come to the front entrance, a zoo staff member will let you in. Please check in with Maria LeGacy or Cara Sparks at the Ticket Booths. Contact for any questions: (315) 435-8511 x8566.

- Attend Orientation Must be Completed
- What age category are you? Must be at least 18-20 years
