Friends of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo

Volunteer for table set up at the Fall Conservation Bash! Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Set up high tops and tables
• Assign tables with table markers
• Assist in linen distribution for tables
• Prepare decorations &  Decorate tables (registration, guest, catering)
• Ensure all battery-operated lights are functional
• Assist Catering with set up

This is not a public facing position.  Moderate physical activity may be required in the placement, movement of tables and chairs.  Walking, stretching and bending required for decor tasks.  Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear.  Ideal activity for a group.
