Friends of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo

Help our Holiday Marketplace run smoothly during Holiday Nights! Assist our Exhibitors with getting into the park, set up, take down, and the needs throughout the evening.  Duties include, but not limited to: 

• Direct craft exhibitors to Holiday Nights Marketplace
• Help exhibitors find their stall and set up (direct set up volunteers) 
• Make sure they have the supplies they need: water, 6ft table, chairs, linen
• Coordinate drop off and pick up - if using vehicles through F Gate.  
• If they have questions bring questions to Olivia 

This is a public facing position with heavy interaction with our exhibitors for the Holiday Marketplace.  Please wear your Volunteer Elf Hat, name tag and comfortable footwear.  You will be working both in and out of doors.  Seasonal attire is encouraged.   

Note: The Holiday Marketplace is in a heated outdoor tent in the old elephant area of the courtyard.
