Party For the Planet - Party for the Planet - Exhibitor Coordinator

Celebrate the Zoo's Conservation message - Volunteer with Party for the Planet as the Exhibitor Coordinator:  Duties include: 

  • Act as a point of contact for Event Exhibitors and Sponsors  
  • Help direct exhibitors where to set up
  • Make sure exhibitors have water
  • Communicate any exhibitor needs to Development Coordinator 
  • Assist / help direct volunteers with set up and tear down 
  • Ensure Gates are monitored during set up and take down 

This is a public facing position with direct contact with our event sponsors and exhibitors. Please wear your red volunteer shirt/nametag (or a red shirt).  Modest physical activity required, with some significant walking.
