Enrichment Volunteers (13-15-year-olds with an adult, 16+ years solo)

These volunteers help with the daily enrichment needs of our animals. Volunteers will be making, distributing, cleaning, and recording the enrichment given for the day. These volunteers will be working with dogs, cats, and small animals.
Duties
- Pick up and organize cleaned enrichment items.
- Record number of animals and any dietary restrictions.
- Make and distribute enrichment items.
- Restock and organize necessary supplies as needed.
Skills Needed
This is a physical position and volunteers must be comfortable walking, bending, and squatting. Volunteers must be detailed-orientated and have the ability to follow directions, read, write and effectively communicate with staff and other volunteers. Volunteers in this role will need to feel comfortable reading animal body language.

Commitment/Age Requirement
Minimum of a 6 month commitment required.
Must be 16 years or older to volunteer on your own, 13–15-year olds can volunteer with an adult.
Open Shifts: (Any two-hour timeframe between the given hours.)
