Visitor Engagement
Are you passionate about marine life, conservation and delivering a friendly visitor experience?
Join the team at the Bunbury Dolphin Discovery Centre and become part of an organisation where exceptional visitor service meets marine conservation and education. Nestled on the shores of beautiful Koombana Bay, our Centre is home to groups of local bottlenose dolphins (tursiops aduncus) and serves as a hub for conservation, education, research, and eco-tourism.

Our Visitor Engagement volunteers play a key part in inspiring ocean conservation by engaging directly with visitors and supporting hands‑on learning experiences in the Marine Discovery Centre. This role suits people who enjoy interacting with people, sharing their knowledge, and delivering key conservation messages to visitors about the marine environment!

No prior experience is required as we provide initial and ongoing training. We just need your enthusiasm, a love for nature, a passion and interest in meeting and talking to new people and a willingness to learn. You'll gain hands-on experience, connect with like-minded individuals and become part of a dedicated team working to protect our unique marine environment.
Join us in making waves for marine conservation. Apply to become a Visitor Engagement Volunteer today and help share the magic of Koombana Bay dolphins with the world!
