Thompson County Park - 11.20 & 11.30: Trails by Lantern Light - Lantern Setup (TCP)

General Description

Enjoy this season's winter wonderland and park trails highlighted by beautiful lantern light and roaring bonfires. In addition, there will be pop-up programming such as guided hikes, stargazing and food trucks while exploring the beauty of winter in our park system.

For Thompson County Park, lanterns will be lit along a paved route through the park and greenway starting November 20 through November 29, 2026. Look for the "Lanterns this way" signs. This is a paved and plowed trail, but some areas could be slippery. Conditions may vary — traction on shoes recommended. Bonfire from 5-8 p.m.
