County-Wide Natural Resources - 9.06 - 9.20: Dakota County Native Plug Plantings

General Description

Our hoop house (think green house) volunteers have been hard at work nurturing Seedster (our winter seed growing program) seedlings this spring through summer and now those plants are ready to get planted out in the wild. Help Natural Resources staff plant hundreds of plugs out into our local parks so that they can mature and grow into healthy seed banks that we can then utilize for future Seedster and restoration programs. All material and tools will be provided.
