Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre / Queen Elizabeth Hospital - Health Museum Volunteer

The CALHN Health Museum collects and preserves items that have been part of the medical, corporate, academic or social life of the institutions within CALHN.  Volunteers are needed for various projects at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre.  Projects include assisting with oral histories, cataloguing, displays and data entry.

Skills Required:

  • Interest in history
  • Computer literate, knowledge of databases
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player, as some projects require you to work in small teams
  • Organised
  • Physically able - will be required to bend and move objects etc
 
Hours of Service
Shift times: Between 9am to 5pm.  A minimum 5-hour shift per volunteer session.
Days: Tuesday and/or Wednesday
