The Patient Transport Service plays an important part in helping patients attend appointments or participate in outings that support their wellbeing and independence.
Patient Transport Volunteers provide effective customer service to patients of the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre (HRC) by supporting and assisting them in attending various outings or appointments at locations such as dental clinics, eye clinics, shops, or other community destinations.

Hours of Service
Shift times: Between 8:00am to 4:30pm (depending on booking time slot)
Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Various locations – all commencing at HRC
