Helping Hands - Events

Volunteers can bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills to the events space, whilst providing much needed hands on assistance.

Key responsibilities will depend on the event, however may include roles in:

  • Event Coordination.
  • Event Planning and Scheduling.
  • Volunteer Supervision.
  • Marketing and Promotion.
  • Activations Coordination.
  • Entertainment.
  • Customer Service.
  • Creative Design.
  • Ticketing, and
  • Catering.

Duties and responsibilities relevant to a specific event or activity will be discussed prior to the event.

Always operate under the direction and supervision of disAbility Living staff and follow reasonable directions and instructions.
