Help Raise Awareness and Support Across Your Community

Our community volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. By giving your time, you'll help raise awareness, inspire support and generate vital income for both Your Local Air Ambulance (YLAA) and the National Children's Air Ambulance (NCAA).

What Could You Do?

Community volunteers support us in a variety of ways, from attending local events and collections to helping promote fundraising campaigns and sharing information about our lifesaving services. You may represent the charity at community groups, schools, businesses and public events, helping us build lasting relationships and engage new supporters.

Most importantly, you'll play a direct role in helping to fund and grow our lifesaving services.

Where We Operate

Our National Children's Air Ambulance network spans a wide geographical area, stretching from Salford and Doncaster in the north to Stoke Newington in London, alongside locations across the Midlands and beyond.

The Your Local Air Ambulance network spans locations across the Midlands covering Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire.

There are volunteering opportunities available in a wide range of communities, helping us raise vital funds for both Your Local Air Ambulance and the National Children's Air Ambulance.

We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and experiences. Whether you're retired, studying, seeking work experience, looking to give back to your community, or simply have a few hours to spare, we'd love to hear from you.
