Are you looking for a rewarding way to support a local charity, meet new people and develop new skills? Join our fantastic team of retail volunteers and help raise vital funds for both Your Local Air Ambulance (YLAA) and the National Children's Air Ambulance (NCAA).
Every item donated, sorted and sold in our shops helps fund lifesaving missions, ensuring our crews can be there when patients need us most.
Whether you can spare a few hours a week or more, we'd love to welcome you to our volunteer team.
What Could You Do?
Our shop volunteers support us in a variety of ways, including:
Serving and assisting customers
Welcoming donors and processing donations
Sorting, pricing and preparing donated items for sale
Creating eye-catching displays and window presentations
Stock replenishment and visual merchandising
Supporting online sales and e-commerce activities
Researching and identifying high-value items
Operating the till and handling customer transactions
Promoting Gift Aid and raising awareness of our charity
Helping keep the store safe, welcoming and organised
PAT Testing donated electrical items
Supporting our Delivery Drivers as a Driver's Mate
Assisting with furniture collections and deliveries
Supporting local fundraising and community events
No previous retail experience is required. Full training and support are provided.
