Front Desk Support

  • Role: Front Desk Support 

     

    Purpose: Assist the Intake Team to maintain smooth operation of the main reception area and ensure clients are provided with the appropriate support in accessing information and services. 

     

    Responsibilities: 

    • Provide support in welcoming and greeting clients 
    • Provide front desk coverage during peak, break and meeting times 
    • Respond to general client inquiries 
    • Answer phone calls, transfer callers to appropriate staff member, and/or take messages 
    • Check clients in and direct them to pre-registered workshops 
    • Other support as required 

     

    Competencies: 

    • Highly organized, tactful and flexible 
    • Friendly with good communication skills 
    • Second language is an asset 

     

    Qualifications: 

    • Good organizational skills 
    • Computer/ Microsoft Skills  
    • Client and customer service skills 
    • Excellent written and verbal skills 

     

    Additional Information: 

    • Training and orientation for this position will be provided after the application submission 
    • Criminal Record check request letter will be provided after completion of the training sessions 
    • Age requirement: over 19 years old
