Fresno Interdenominational Refugee Ministries (FIRM)

Help our community file their taxes and see if they are eligible for tax returns! FIRM is looking for volunteer tax preparers to help our community to file their 2022 tax return. All training is provided, and returns are reviewed by a second pair of eyes before submission. We have access to a special software that guides us through every stage of a simple tax return.

FIRM’s VITA tax appointments are open to community members every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 1pm-4pm & 6pm-8pm till April 14th.

We can use volunteers for a single 2-hour shift, or once a week, or anything in between.
