Love being part of the action? Our Events Team helps bring the fun, energy and Runspire spirit to everything from community events and fundraising activities to our Glow Run and Santa Run.
You could be welcoming people, helping with set-up, marshalling a route, cheering participants on or lending a hand behind the scenes. Every event is different — and that’s part of the fun!
What You’ll Do:
- 👋 Welcome participants and help everyone feel part of the event.
- 🎪 Help set up and pack away, from signs to event equipment.
- 👉 Marshal and guide participants safely around events and routes.
- 📣 Bring the encouragement with plenty of smiles and cheering.
- 🤝 Support the Events Team wherever an extra pair of hands is needed.
- 🎉 Help create a brilliant atmosphere that people remember.
Training & Support 🎓
Never volunteered at an event before? No problem!
You’ll receive Runspire onboarding training, plus a clear briefing for each event so you know what you’re doing, where you need to be and who to speak to if you need support.
You’ll Be Great at This If…
You’re friendly, reliable, enthusiastic and happy to get stuck in. You don’t need previous event experience. Just bring your energy, a smile and a willingness to help.
