Corps - Food Pantry
The Salvation Army provides services to families and individuals in our community in need of food or access to other resources. We are seeking short-term and long-term volunteers to provide extra support. Volunteering may include the following duties:
- Assisting clients to check into the pantry
- Shopping with clients for food items
- Assisting clients with getting their items to their vehicle
- Bagging clients food items
- Stocking and organize pantry shelves and freezer as needed
- Light cleaning duties
- Receive, document, organize, and sort donations
- Standing/Lifting during entire shift
We recommend 2 to 4 hour blocks of commitment. Our current available times are:
- Monday: 9am-3pm
- Wednesday:9am-3pm
- NOTE: Shifts may require volunteer to use a tablet.

Qualifications Required
- How much can you lift comfortably? Must be at least 20 lbs
- What age category do you belong? Must be at least 21 or older
