The opportunities for work service are as follows:

The Salvation Army provides services to families and individuals in our community in need of food or access to other resources. We are seeking township work service workers to provide extra support. Township service may include the following duties:

• Assemble food bags/baskets
• Distribute food baskets to clients
• Stock and organize pantry shelves and freezer as needed
• Taking phone messages when needed
• Receive, document, organize, and sort donations

We have a variety of shifts available. We recommend 2 to 4 hour blocks of commitment.

The Salvation Army provides emergency shelter to individuals in our community in need of a safe place to sleep, meals, and warm showers. We are seeking township work service workers to provide extra support. Township service may include the following duties:

• Assist in kitchen 
• Laundry
• General cleaning

We have a variety of shifts available. We recommend 2 to 4 hour blocks of commitment.
