Duties might include helping someone learn to navigate public transit, assisting ICM with doctor appointments, transportation, appointment follow up, medication (call in, pick-up and drop off client), scheduling new appointment, scheduling referrals, and helping with filling.
Assisting clients with their (medical and mental health) appointments, educating clients with the check-in process, scheduling new appointments, asking for referrals, completing forms, transportation (taxi and bus), providing training and instruction for the client in order to help them learn the health system and be able to navigate it independently.
