PTO Events: Book Fair, Dance, Hike, Movie Nights, Food Nights, Fundraisers
Purpose: To assist PTO with various task during event
Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise students for safety at all times

Make sure students are being polite

Assist staff/PTO with various activities – complete as requested

Help with popcorn and drinks
Time Commitment:
Fixed Hours: 1-3 hours
Flexible Hours: there is some prep work that can be done such as making popcorn, pour the beverage and help with clean up
Skills Required:

Pleasant and positive communicator
-
Works well with students, staff, and volunteers

Ability to be flexible with assignment/task

Able to follow directions
VSC Responsibilities:
-
Volunteers must have a completed Volunteer Application and CRHR on file
-
Find volunteers who can be in an authority type role to help with supervision and keeping the event quiet when need be
