🌳 Become a Park Host with Park Spark! 🌟

Are you passionate about parks, community, and outdoor fun? Join the Park Spark team as a Park Host and help bring energy, fun, and purpose to your local green spaces!

As a Park Host, you:

• Pop up at parks around the community alongside the Park Spark team
• Engage visitors through games, nature exploration, and hands-on activities
• Share information about park programs, events, and volunteer opportunities
• Gain leadership and public engagement experience
• Receive training, Park Spark swag, and ongoing support

POP-UP SCHEDULE: 

We will be popping up at various parks throughout the City. See below for the location of each Park Host volunteer opportunity:

Riverview Park Opening Event: July 28 4:30-7:30pm

Blue Mountain Park Proud to Grow Here POP-UP: July 29 2:00-4:00pm 

Town Centre Park ( Tot Lot Playground )  Proud to Grow Here POP-UP: July 30 1:00-2:30pm 

Town Centre Park ( By Tennis Public Washroom)  Proud to Grow Here POP-UP: Aug 8 3:30-6:30pm

Details: 

We will be outside in park and on our feet for an extended period of time. Please dress weather-appropriate and wear comfortable footwear.
