Park Spark - 2022 Poirier Garden Volunteering

Share your knowledge, learn new skills, and give back to your community in a fun and meaningful way by becoming a Poirier Garden volunteer! Poirier Garden volunteers help to care for and maintain the Garden by carrying out a variety of general gardening tasks including weeding, planting, and watering. Becoming a garden volunteer is an excellent opportunity to meet others with the same interests and get involved in your community. No previous gardening experience is required, all skill levels are welcome.   

Training/Support:

Necessary garden equipment will be provided. Orientation and training will be provided by the Park Spark Program Leader during your first volunteer shift.

Location:

Garden volunteers meet at the Dogwood Pavilion, Next to the tennis courts and kids playground. Look for the Park Spark table set up or a Park Spark sign.
