Lights at Lafarge (Park Spark) - Light Brigade - Take Down 2026
Lights at Lafarge may be wrapping up, but the magic continues behind the scenes! Join Park Spark’s Light Brigade Team to help with the take-down of displays for Lights at Lafarge. This hands-on volunteer opportunity supports the removal, repair, and organization of light features as we prepare them for future seasons.
Volunteers will assist with taking down displays around Lafarge Lake, completing inventory, and repairing light elements. All materials will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary. The Park Spark Light Brigade is inclusive of people of all ages and abilities and offers a great way to connect with the community while learning new skills.
Volunteer Roles:

Taking down Lights at Lafarge displays and assisting with inventory

Working alongside fellow volunteers to safely remove and organize display

Location: Meet us at our white event tent beside Town Centre Park's Rocky Point Ice Cream location.

Notes:
- This activity will require standing, walking, carrying supplies and light elements and various tasks depending on each day.
- Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable, warm clothing
- All materials will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary!
