Project Support - Health Visiting Evaluation Kensington & Chelsea

Role Description
The Health Visiting Teams in Kensington & Chelsea offer services at home and in clinics for children and families across the boroughs. The team are keen to do an overall evaluation of their services and find out what patients and families think is working well and what could be better.

Location: Cheyne Children's Centre, 10 Thorndike Close, SW10 0ST

Availability: 4 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Make a Difference for Young Children and Families

  • Understand how the service is impacting families by reaching out to patients' families and going through a bespoke questionnaire with them
  • You'll make calls and visit our busy clinics to gather this information
  • Measure the success of the initiative & understanding of user experience

  • Minimum 6 month commitment
