Diabetes Engagement Volunteer - Harrow

Role Description

Empower individuals living with diabetes as a Diabetes Engagement Volunteer. Your friendly calls and support will connect patients with vital information and resources, ultimately improving their health outcomes. This role is a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible impact on the well-being of others. 

Location: Diabetes Service – Honeypot Lane Health Centre, 839 Honeypot Ln, Stanmore HA7 1AT 

Availability: Wednesdays or Thursdays 10am - 2pm, 4 hours per week

Make a Difference in Patients' Lives

  • Reach out to patients to introduce them to our diabetes education program

  • Answer questions, address concerns, and encourage participation

  • Collect valuable feedback to help us tailor our program to patient needs

  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the diabetes team

  • Contribute to a positive patient experience
