Role Description
Empower individuals living with diabetes as a Diabetes Engagement Volunteer. Your friendly calls and support will connect patients with vital information and resources, ultimately improving their health outcomes. This role is a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible impact on the well-being of others.
Location: Diabetes Service – Honeypot Lane Health Centre, 839 Honeypot Ln, Stanmore HA7 1AT
Availability: Wednesdays or Thursdays 10am - 2pm, 4 hours per week
Make a Difference in Patients' Lives

Reach out to patients to introduce them to our diabetes education program

Answer questions, address concerns, and encourage participation

Collect valuable feedback to help us tailor our program to patient needs

Assist with administrative tasks to support the diabetes team
