General Volunteer Interest - Front Desk Receptionist

Adhere to confidentiality of clients, their personal information, and agency.  Answer the phones and transfer calls accordingly, pull client files for services, must be able to file client files back alphabetically, make copies, ensure clients have all necessary documentation, fully trained on food pantry forms, if pantry is unavailability give client resources for hot meals, if a problem arises seek management EVERY TIME, take messages when social service director is unavailable.
