Life Support Systems (Maintenance)

A sealife hospital contains a lot of moving parts - and the more a part moves, the more maintenance it needs. The tents, enclosures, pipes, pumps, filters, and equipment all work to provide a healthy environment for the marine creatures in SR³’s care to recover. Life Support Systems (LSS) volunteers help keep our physical infrastructure functioning so that our patients have the space and safety to heal.

COMMITMENT

  • No formal commitment. We will have at least one (2-hour) shift available 7 days a week. In peak season, we may offer two (2-hour) shifts per day to match patient capacity/usage.
