Minneapolis N. Lyndale Ave.

The Salvation Army N Lyndale Ave Minneapolis Coat Closet opens October 20 and runs through the end of February, providing warm winter gear to community members in need. Volunteers play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and assisting walk-ins as they select coats and accessories.

Duties:

• Greet and assist walk-in guests in finding appropriate coats and winter gear.

• Keep the coat closet organized and tidy during your shift.

• Restock items as needed and notify staff of low inventory.

• Provide a kind, respectful, and supportive experience for each guest.

Schedule:

• Mondays from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

• Up to two volunteers per shift
