Become a mentor with Badgerland and share your story, expertise and knowledge with Girl Scouts! 

We're building the Badgerland Speakers Bureau, a pool of experts from the community to help Girl Scouts earn badge/patch work, master new skills and learn from the best.  

We are looking for enthusiastic community members, businesses and organizations to enrich experiences at troop meetings, council programs and more. 

As a Badgerland mentor, you will inspire Girl Scouts to explore more, discover interests and spark passions. Be a part of the experience that launches them into leaders that make the world a better place.  

Time commitment varies and is flexible to fit your schedule. Opportunities are also both virtual and in person. You’ll chat with the Partnerships & Volunteer Manager, who’ll help you determine the best opportunities that fit you and Badgerland. We'll assist you in becoming a confidence Girl Scout mentor with prep, training and connections along the way.
