Cassel Summer Conference  - support onsite during a morning and/or afternoon

Timings: 09:00 – 13:00   and/or  13:00 – 17:00

Volunteers: up to 5 volunteers per shift

Who will see the difference? Our incredible guests interested in working with complex emotional needs patients 

Volunteer with us for a thought-provoking event exploring the unique and powerful work happening at the Cassel Hospital — a specialist NHS service supporting people with severe and long-standing mental health difficulties, often shaped by complex trauma.

We’ll also be diving into fascinating questions about authority in such a complex setting: Where does it come from? Who holds it? And how does it help or hinder healing?

If you're curious, compassionate, and keen to contribute to a meaningful cause, we’d love your support to make sure the event runs smoothly. Your time and energy can make a real difference.

The volunteering activity

We will require support with;

•    Registration  
•    Event stewarding
•    Replenishing coffee & water urns etc.
•    Clearing up in between sessions & at the end

Considerations

You are likely to be on your feet for significant periods of the day and some lifting and moving of equipment might be required.  Car park facilities are available at the site.
And we will provide lunch!
