👕 What Will You Be Doing?
No two days are the same in our Op Shops! Depending on your interests and skills, you may be involved in:
🔹 Welcoming and assisting customers
🔹 Creating eye-catching displays and merchandising stock
🔹 Sorting, preparing, pricing, and tagging donations
🔹 Hanging, steaming, and presenting clothing
🔹 Operating the register and EFTPOS system
🔹 Thanking donors and accepting donations
🔹 Sharing information about RSPCA Queensland's work
🔹 Keeping the shop looking inviting and organised
🔹 Working alongside a friendly and supportive team
You'll gain hands-on experience and transferable skills while helping raise vital funds for animals.
🎯 Who We're Looking For
We're seeking people who are:
✔️ Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic
✔️ Reliable and willing to learn
✔️ Great communicators who enjoy working with others
✔️ Comfortable following directions and procedures
✔️ Physically able to lift up to 5kg
✔️ Passionate about sustainability, community, fashion, retail, or animal welfare
No retail experience? No problem! We'll provide all the training and support you need.

🕘 Monday to Sunday
🕓 Between 9:00am and 4:30pm
Flexible four-hour shifts available. Whether you can give one shift a week or more, we'd love to hear from you.
