Essential Functions

  • Greet ARL guests as they enter the shelter.
  • Help answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate ARL locations/personnel.
  • Interact with the public in a helpful and courteous manner.
  • Accept donations and process paperwork.
  • Inform customers about available ARL programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • 11am - 6pm Monday-Friday and 10am - 4:30pm Saturday-Sunday

Requirements

• Extroverted personality that has excellent customer relation skills

• Neat appearance, friendly personality, enjoys working with diverse personalities

• Willingness to learn about ARL policies and procedures

• Concern for the welfare of animals and support ARL policies and missions

• Self-motivated, mature and dependable

• Minimum age of 18 years
