Service Central (developed by South Church)

Our team will head to Hamilton for the day to work on a new site where 5 duplexes are being built.  It is in the early phase of construction so the work will likely be mostly framing. No prior experience is necessary.  Habitat will provide all the tools.  Wear good supportive shoes and dress for the weather.   Bring your generous spirit and be ready for anything!  Must be at least 16 years old to participate. Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build affordable housing primarily using volunteers alongside experienced Habitat supervisors. Incoming homeowners are expected to also provide "sweat equity" hours toward completion of their homes.
