Come support our All Abilities participants as they learn about the full process of growing vegetables and herbs at a community garden. The produce is then used to cook seasonal healthy and sustainable meals in our kitchen.

In your volunteer role you will plant vegetables and fruits from seed/seedlings; support individuals to learn basic care and maintenance of garden beds, vegetables and fruits, plant according to season, harvest vegetables and create simple healthy meals.

You will support individuals to build friendships and social skills by participating in activities with others who are likeminded, whilst they develop and strengthen gardening and cooking skills.
