Volunteer Opportunity: Christmas Tree Set-Up! 🎄
Are you ready to get into the holiday spirit early? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers (adults or teens) to help us bring some festive cheer by setting up our Christmas tree display! If you enjoy decorating and don’t mind a little heavy lifting, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
📅 Date: Thursday November 13, 2025
⏰ Time: 1:00 to 4:00pm
(Depending on efficiency and turnout, we may not need volunteers for the full three hours.)
Tasks Include:

Setting Up Christmas Trees: We have around 30 trees of varying sizes, including some quite large ones. It’s a physical task, involving lifting, bending, and adjusting branches to make the trees look their best. If you’re up for a bit of a workout, this is for you!

Fluffing & Decorating: Once the trees are set up, we’ll need to “fluff” them so they look full and festive. After that, volunteers will help with hanging decorations around the gallery and stringing lights on the trees.

Ladder Climbing (Optional): Some decorations require reaching higher spots, so being comfortable on a ladder is a bonus!
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry fake Christmas trees with or without assistance.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable with physical activity (lifting, bending, etc.)
- Ladder climbing ability is a plus!
