Unpaid University Placement

Mornington Peninsula Shire offers unpaid placements to university and tertiary students where placement hours are a requirement of their course.

Placements provide students with the opportunity to apply their studies in a professional workplace, gain practical experience and learn from experienced local government professionals. Depending on the area of placement, students may contribute to projects, support service delivery and build skills relevant to their chosen field.
