Calgary Meals On Wheels offers pre-made frozen entrées of choice and flexibility while providing meals that are heart healthy, diabetic friendly and even some gluten free! Each meal is well balanced and includes a starch, protein, and vegetable. Pre-ordered meals are picked up in Calgary by a volunteer and delivered to Cochrane FCSS every Tuesday.
