Maintenance - Maintenance / Handyman Volunteer

If you’re the type who enjoys fixing things or lending a hand with projects, this opportunity is for you! Our facility always has small repair or upkeep needs where an extra set of hands makes a difference.

When:

  • Weekdays, flexible hours between 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Volunteer Duties:

  • Performing light repairs and touch-ups (painting, changing bulbs, tightening fixtures)

  • Helping with set-up and tear-down for events

  • Assisting with small carpentry or handyman projects

  • Reporting any larger maintenance concerns to staff

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and small repairs helpful (training provided for simpler tasks)

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform light physical activity

  • Dependable and safety-minded

This behind-the-scenes role helps keep our building functional and welcoming so that our programs can run smoothly.
