Stage Crew

If you like being behind the scenes and making the show happen, this might be the right department for you. We load-in gear, ready the stage for the show, make sure change-over between acts happens smoothly, make sure the show runs on time, and pack up and load-out when the show is over.

Volunteers with this crew should have previous stage management and/or production crew experience with some technical knowledge of instruments and gear, stage plots, input lists and running orders. Mild to mid level physical exertion, executed precisely and quickly will be required for changeover. Heavier lifting may also be required for load-in and load-out of gear. You should also be cool under pressure and have the maturity required to work closely with world class artists.

Members of this crew must be 14+ for afternoon main stage shows, and 19+ for evening main stage shows and venues that serve alcohol.

Shifts will vary depending on venue, sound check, load-in and load-out requirements and show times. Generally taking place in the afternoon or evening, shifts are typically four to six hours in length.
